University High School scores 50+ in third straight game

Coming from Fort Lauderdale, University High School recorded their third consecutive 50 points or more performance and their third consecutive shutout on October fourth against North Broward Prep. By the end of the game, the Sharks led Broward 63-0.

Junior running back Jordan Scarlett scored two touchdowns in University’s 21 point first quarter. Coming out soon after the first, Scarlett finished with seven carries for 89 yards and two scores.

Complimenting the ground game, senior quarterback Sean White completed 13 of 15 passes for 172 yards and two touchdowns.

This win advances University to 7-0 and puts them at 21^st in the DigitalSports National Football Rankings. After two weeks off, the Sharks get back on the field to face Glades Central on October 18. Opening kickoff is at 7:30p.
